im buying nightfall today willl it work if i INSTALL on my downstairs computer and then when i get my laptop will i be able to play on that too?

yes, you can use it from any computer, just enter the right password and email.

Yep. Your account will work from any computer that has the GW client installed, and the client is a free download anyway.

If you really wanted to, you could go to another country and play with your own account from anywhere.
